- Click the pen and paint a thin layer of gel onto your front teeth, top and bottom.
- Pop the mouthpiece in and press the power button. It runs for 10 minutes, then turns itself off.
- Take it out and rinse with water.
- Wait 1 hour before eating or drinking anything except water.
Do this once a day for 7 days. After that, use your extra pens for one 10-minute session every two weeks, and brush twice a day with the whitening toothpaste to help keep new stains from settling in.

Can I use it on veneers, caps, crowns or other dental restorations?
Our products are safe to use on veneers, caps and crowns, and can remove surface stains that have built up on them over time. Keep in mind that they cannot make dental work whiter than its original colour. We do not recommend whitening while you have braces, as the result can be uneven.
